Consultation
The first step in the stomach Vaser liposuction process involves a comprehensive consultation with a medical professional. These appointments are an essential step where your medical history, current health status, and treatment goals will be thoroughly discussed.
A Levant Cosmetic Surgery doctor will assess whether you are a suitable candidate for Vaser liposuction and provide a detailed explanation of the procedure, including the potential risks, side effects, and complications. You will also able to discuss all of your questions and address any concerns you have about the treatment.
Pre-Op
Before the procedure, you’ll undergo essential medical checks to ensure you are fit for surgery. Detailed instructions regarding pre-operative care, such as fasting guidelines and medication management, will be provided. Following these pre-surgery instructions is critical for your safety and the success of the procedure.
The Procedure
On the day of your Vaser liposuction surgery, anaesthesia will be administered for your comfort. The procedure involves the use of ultrasound technology to target and liquefy fat cells in the lower and upper abdominal areas. A small incision is made to insert a probe, which aids in the removal of unwanted fat deposits from the stomach.
Undergoing a Vaser lipo procedure on the abdomen can last between an average of one to two hours, the total surgical time will vary based on each individual and if other areas on the body are also being treated.
